Description
Farm Hand is a quick, clever, and compact card game for 1–5 players that brings farm animals and trick-taking tactics together in an engaging 15–20 minute experience. Whether you’re flying solo or playing with a group, Farm Hand challenges your prediction skills and sense of timing in just 21 cards.
Each game consists of 6 suits of varying sizes and values from 1 to 7. Players receive one more card per round (starting with one in round 1, two in round 2, etc.), and all suits are open information. Before each round, everyone predicts how many tricks they’ll win by showing fingers simultaneously. This adds a bluffing twist and sets the stage for some serious strategy.
Trick-taking rules apply, but with a twist: the highest card wins—unless two or more players play the same number, which cancels those cards out! Surprise reversals and last-minute victories make each round unpredictable and hilarious.
The goal? Predict perfectly. If your bid matches your trick count exactly, you earn points equal to the current round. If you miss, you lose a point for each difference. After six fast-paced rounds, the highest score takes the win.
With artwork by Samuel Bouvant and a design by Craig E. Somerton, Farm Hand combines deduction, predictive bidding, and take-that mechanics in a pocket-sized package. It’s perfect for travel, game nights, or even as a light opener before a longer game session.
If you love games like Skull, Scout, or The Crew, Farm Hand is a fresh, animal-themed twist you’ll want in your collection.
