Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email from 9:00am – 6:00pm. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Germany

Shipping charges can be viewed on our cart page and at checkout. We use the exact same prices that our logistics center provides us with.
Each product belongs to one of four categories:

Shipping Discount Germany

For each order, no matter how large it is (max. 10 products), the price of the product with the largest dimensions and weight will apply. Thus, an order that contains 3 games, all with different shipping classes (S, M and L) will have the price of product L, giving a total price of 11,90 €.

The maximum shipping cost is 11,90 € for orders that remain under 10 products.
