general terms and conditions
1. scope of application
For all deliveries of Aromohola GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Aromohola) to consumers these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall apply.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. contracting party
The contract of sale is concluded with Aromohola, owner: Markus Feldmann, Oggershei-merstr. 24 81539, Munich, Germany, Commercial Register: HRB 262586 Munich Local Court.
3 Conclusion of contract
3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2 By clicking the button [buy/order with costs] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. right of revocation
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. .
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Managing Director: Markus Feldmann; Aromohla GmbH, Oggersheimerstr. 24; 81539, Munich; spiele@aromohola.com) by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to … us or to (Oggersheimerstr. 24; 81539, Munich) without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

 


5 Delivery Prices and Shipping Costs
5.1 The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
5.2 The delivery takes place only within Germany with DHL.
5.3 Shipping information
All orders will be processed within 1 business day (except weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm. We will contact you by email at checkout to inform you of our arrival day.

 

If you have not received your order within X days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at spiele@aromohola.com with your name and order number and we will take care of it.

6. payment
6.1 The payment is optional.
6.2 If you choose payment in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

7. reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain our property until full payment.

8. dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an Internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board for the resolution of disputes with consumers or are obliged to do so in accordance with XXX (specify the legal norm or contractual agreement). The responsible consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. In order to settle the aforementioned disputes, we will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
