One Small Step lets you play as either the USA or Russian space agency, competing in the historic race to the moon. Working in teams of one or two players, each player controls either engineers or administrators for their team. Your ultimate goal is to successfully land a manned mission on the moon before your rivals, earning bonus victory points and ending the game.
