Rifugio is a delightful hiking adventure game where 2-5 players explore the scenic Dolomites, competing to score the most points by walking scenic paths and building mountain huts (rifugi). The game revolves around three main actions:
Connect a landscape tile to the existing tiles on the table, expanding the map.
Use your wooden hiker with a backpack to explore the landscape. Visit flowers, animals, waterfalls, and mountaintops to earn points. Watch out for bears, as they deduct points!
Build Rifugi (mountain huts) at strategic locations. If another player visits your hut, you’ll score extra points.
The game ends when all landscape tiles are connected, and the player with the most points wins! Rifugio is perfect for hiking enthusiasts and is designed to accommodate players of all skill levels, offering a unique experience each time you play.”
